Tinubu swears in 3 new ministers, presides over FEC meeting

President Bola Tinubu is currently presiding over another FEC meeting at the State House, Abuja.

President Bola Tinubu also swore in three additional ministers into his 48-member cabinet.

The meeting is being attended by Ministers and Chief of Staff to the President, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila; National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

The Vice President, Kashim Shettima not in attendance having travelled on Sunday to Beijing, China to represent his principal President Tinubu at an international summit.

In attendance are; Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume; Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Dr Folasade Yemi-Esan; Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi; Health, Prof Ali Pate; Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris; Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edu; and the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Abubakar Kyari.

Equally, FEC observed a minute silence in honour of the First Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mobolaji Ajose-Adeogun, who died recently.
