Olujimi Adekanle, publisher of SavannahNewnow, has offered his heartfelt condolences to former Commissioner for Water Resources, Mrs Yetunde Adeyanju, on the passing of her beloved mother, Chief (Mrs) Akinbinu, who passed away at the age of 96, SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS.
In a statement personally issued, on Saturday Morning, Adekanle extended his sympathy to the former commissioner, and the entire family.
The publisher consoled Mrs Adeyanju and other family members, reminding them that the late Chief Akinbinu led a life that was fulfilling, impactful, and a shining example to be emulated.
“I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved mother at a venerable age. Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences for your profound loss.
“No matter how old our parents lived, we always wish they could stay a little longer. Regrettably, death is inevitable. No matter how much we love, cherish and appreciate our parents, it is their prayers to die before us.
“May cherished memories of your mother and the knowledge that his life had a lasting impact bring you comfort, as his legacy lives on not only in your family, but also in the hearts of those you serve”.
