Real Madrid present Mbappe in front of 80,000 supporters at Santiago Bernabeu

Real Madrid have unveiled Kylian Mbappe for the first time since he agreed to a move as a free agent to Spain.

According to Daily Mail, the French superstar was presented in front of 80,000 Los Blancos fans at the Santiago Bernabeu.

After spending seven seasons in the French capital, the 25-year-old finalized his departure from Paris Saint-Germain earlier this summer.

After agreeing to a five-year contract, he has decided to accept a significant salary drop. The 25-year-old will now only get £12.8 million net per season at Real Madrid, compared to £21.4 million net at Paris.

After one of the longest-running transfer sagas in football finally came to an end. And Los Blancos recently revealed that he will wear the number nine shirt in his debut season at the club.

For the most part of his time at Paris Saint-Germain, Mbappe wore the No. 7 jersey, although Vinicius Junior presently wears it for Madrid.

Mbappe, meanwhile, was France’s No. 10 at Euro 2024—a number that Luka Modric has held at the Bernabeu since 2017.

Mbappe will join his compatriots, Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga at the club.
