Ondo State Deputy Governor, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa will today preside over Ondo State Executive Council meeting in Akure, after a three-month hiatus.
The exco meeting will be the first since the Governor and deputy governor camps accepted a peace pact during a reconciliation meeting held by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abuja few days ago.
Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Bamidele Ademola-Olateju confirmed the meeting and stated that the deputy governor will preside as vice chairman.
However, the commissioner could not confirm to reporters last night whether the deputy governor had returned to Akure from Abuja where he had spent some weeks fighting the House of Assembly’s impeachment process.
