On Monday, the Nigerian currency, Naira, made a slight gain against the US dollar, appreciating to N1,600.44 at the official foreign exchange window.
The Central Bank of Nigeria’s website reports that the local currency gained N5.71, improving on Friday’s rate of N1,606.15.
The Naira continued its recovery, gaining 0.35 percent, after rising by N3.48 on Friday, following an exchange rate of N1,609.64 per dollar on Thursday, May 8.
