Senate Committee Deputy Chairman on Gas, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, PhD recently gave back to his people, few months after electing him to represent them at the senate.

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, Deputy Chairman, Senate Committee on Gas from Okitipupa Local Government Council of Ondo State recently empowered the people of his constituency in a grand style. Hundreds of people trooped out to witness the occasion, which brought both the old and the new foxes to the gathering.

Even his naysayers admit that he’s a game-changer. Love him or not, Jimoh Ibrahim, has been the most significant playmaker in Nigerian politics for the last few months.

As the Senate representing Ondo South in the 10th Assembly, Jimoh has facilitated projects as a legislature. From Okitipupa to communities in his constituency has benefitted from his legislative stewardship through the facilitation of road construction projects; erosion control project; and empowerment projects that are aimed at lifting people out of poverty.

Whoever is familiar with the National Assembly will agree that Jimoh Ibrahim is spending is hard earned money at the moment because nothing has been allocated to him being a new senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

Shouldn’t we commend Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim for giving Ondo South new developmental direction as below?

–Rehabilitation and maintenance of Okitipupa to Igbotako

–Asphalt overlay from Igbotako roundabout to big hotel

–Asphalt overlay and maintenance from Igbotako roundabout to Chief Paul Adeyekun house

–Construction and asphalt overlay at Idogun

–Installation of Solar lights at Ilutitun, Igbotako, Iju Oke, Iju Odo, Oloto, Igodan Lisa, Okitipupa, Erekiti Luwoye, Araromi Obu, Abusoro, and Agbetu

Senator Jimoh Ibrahim also demonstrated his passion for peaceful coexistence in his Local Government with his recent peace efforts between the people of Igbotako and Ode Aye.

The lawmaker cut his overseas tours to return home and personally visited the two warring towns where he met with Kabiyesis differently in their palaces to commiserate and appealed to them to allow peace to reign supreme in the two communities, knowing that development cannot thrive where there is violence.

No doubt, Distinguished Senator Jimoh Ibrahim has raised the bar of representative responsibility by not only transcending beyond the now periodic empowerment programmes, which he has equally fulfilled but has delivered amazingly and phenomenally infrastructural projects that have never been seen in the history of Ondo South Senatorial district.

He has continued to champion the cause of his people and the brilliant, courageous work he is doing in the senate, continues to give hope to his people. Indeed, Jimoh Ibrahim has reassured his constituency with his outstanding achievements that they made the right choice by electing him in last general election. Bravo, Mr. Project”.
