Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has congratulated Bola Tinubu on his victory as President of Nigeria by the Supreme Court yesterday, SAVANNAH NEWS REPORTS.
He made the congratulatory remarks during an event in the state capital, on Thursday.
Adeleke stressed that with the judicial resolution of the disputes stemming from the 2023 Presidential Election in Nigeria, the attention should now be on addressing the nation’s challenges and move the country forward.
He advised the President to focus on his renewed hope agenda preached to the people during the electioneering campaign.
Governor Adeleke pledged his commitment to work with him to move Nigeria forward.
In his words: “On behalf of the good people of Osun State, I congratulate President Tinubu on his judicial victory at the apex court.
“It is my hope that your presidency will bring progress, unity, and prosperity to our nation, and I want to restate my commitment to partner you in offering good governance for our people.”
He applauded the Nigerian Supreme Court for rising to the situation and praised the opposition candidates for using constitutional ways to express their displeasure.
