The Supreme Court has ruled in favour of Senator Samuel Anyanwu, affirming him as the authentic National Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS.
The Supreme Court overturned the Court of Appeal’s judgment in Enugu, which had previously ruled against Anyanwu.
The Apex Court sided with Anyanwu, stating that the Court of Appeal and the Enugu trial court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case, as it involved the internal affairs of the PDP.
