The Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit by Ambrose Owuru, the Hope Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, aimed at unseating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and has imposed a N5 million fine on Owuru for taking frivolous legal action, SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS.
The court also instructed its Registry to reject any further frivolous originating summons from Owuru, signaling its stance against the misuse of judicial processes.
This decision marks a significant victory for President Tinubu, reinforcing the legitimacy of his presidency amidst ongoing political challenges.
