The Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission has disclosed January 18, 2025 the day the Local Government elections will take place in the State, SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS
This was made known by the Chairman of the Commission, Dr. Joseph Aremo during a meeting with members of all political parties, the state’s 18 electoral officers, and security personnel at the Commission’s office in Akure, the state capital.
The Commission Chairman stressed that the initial electoral process has not been canceled, adding that the Commission will continue with the existing procedures.
