BREAKING: APC Chieftain Assassinated in Benue
A wave of tragedy has hit Otukpo, Benue State, following the assassination of a prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Hon. Ejeh Udeh.
Udeh was reportedly gunned down at his Ugboju residence around midnight on Monday by unidentified gunmen who stormed his home and opened fire in the presence of his family.
Eyewitness accounts revealed that the assailants, who rode on a motorcycle, had laid ambush near his compound. Upon his arrival, they surrounded him and shot him multiple times at close range before escaping into the night.
His body has been deposited at the Otukpo General Hospital morgue.
