The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja on Friday affirmed the judgement of Kano Election Tribunal which sacked Governor Abba Yusuf.
Delivering judgement in the appeal filed by Governor Abba of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), the Appeal Court ruled that the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nasiru Gawuna, was the duly elected governor of Kano State.
