Igbotako-born politician, Andrew Ogunsakin, has expressed his gratitude to the Executive Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for appointing him as the Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement (South), SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS
Ogunsakin, who served as Special Assistant on Forestry to the former Governor of Ondo State, Dr Olusegun Mimiko and later as Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters (South) to the late Governor Akeredolu made this known in a statement shortly after his appointment was made official by the Governor on Wednesday.
“I wish to delightfully extend my heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa for my appointment as the Senior Special Assistant on Community Engagement (South). I am indeed enthralled by the news of the appointment which rented the airspace in the morning of Wednesday, 19th June, 2024.
“Please accept my total commitmment to your vision and and loyalty to your leadership of our dear State, conscious always of your clear and unambiguos zeal for the progress and prosperity of the State.
“I equally look forward to working tirelessly with Your Excellency and your people-oriented Government on initiatives that will further promote good governance, transparency and inclusive development in the State,” the statement reads.
The Igbotako Osooro-born Ogunsakin also expressed his thanks to Governor Aiyedatiwa for having started to fulfill his promises to the people of the state.
