Savannah Newsnow publisher and Canada-based activist, Olujimi Adekanle, has congratulated the newly constituted executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State.
Adekanle, in a statement released on Wednesday, commended the party leadership for successfully conducting the process that produced the new state, local government and ward executives, describing it as an important step toward strengthening the party’s internal structure.
He urged the newly inaugurated officials to see their emergence as a call to service and an opportunity to deepen unity within the party across the state.
According to him, the responsibility before the new executives goes beyond occupying positions, noting that they must work collectively to consolidate the party’s gains and ensure effective grassroots mobilization.
Adekanle also stressed the importance of inclusiveness and cooperation among party stakeholders, saying the success of the party in the state would depend largely on the ability of its leaders to accommodate diverse interests.
He expressed optimism that the new leadership would provide the needed direction for the party and contribute to its continued growth and stability in Ondo State.
The Savannah Newsnow publisher further encouraged party members to rally behind the new executives in order to strengthen the APC’s position ahead of future political engagements in the state and across the country.
