The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has approved the promotion of over 2,000 staff members of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) and the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS.
The approval, which takes immediate effect, is aimed at boosting staff morale and enhancing productivity within the two key agencies responsible for the administration and development of the nation’s capital.
Beneficiaries of the promotion cut across various cadres and departments in both the FCTA and the FCDA.
Officials described the development as part of the minister’s ongoing commitment to rewarding diligence, professionalism, and years of dedicated service.
The promotions are also expected to strengthen institutional efficiency and improve service delivery in the Federal Capital Territory.
