Green Africa, a Nigerian airline, has temporarily suspended its flight operations due to a sudden dispute with the company that leases it aircraft, SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS.
The airline announced in a statement on Monday that flights will remain suspended through the Eid al-Fitr holidays.
Despite efforts to manage the situation and minimize disruptions, the airline is currently unable to continue operations.
Green Africa regrets the inconvenience caused and is working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, with a commitment to resuming normal operations once the dispute is settled.
“We sincerely apologize to our valued customers who will be affected by this disruption. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resume operations in the shortest possible time,” the airline stated.
While Green Africa did not elaborate on the dispute with its lessor, the airline reiterated its dedication to transparency and customer care.
Passengers affected by the suspension are advised to stay updated through the airline’s official communication channels.
