Nnamdi Azikiwe University has expelled Goddy-Mbakwe Chimamaka Precious, a student found guilty of gross misconduct for allegedly assaulting a lecturer from the Department of Theatre and Film Studies, in violation of the institution’s disciplinary regulations, specifically Regulation 4 (SDR).
A letter dated February 13, 2025, signed by Acting Registrar Mr. Victor I. Modebelu, confirmed the university’s Student Disciplinary Committee found Precious guilty of gross misconduct for violating the institution’s disciplinary regulations, specifically Regulation 4 (SDR).
Precious has been expelled from the university after allegedly attacking Dr. Chukwudi Okoye, who interrupted her while she was filming a TikTok video on campus, sparking widespread outrage and calls for disciplinary action.
