Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde presented the Certificate and Staff of Office to Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade, the new Alaafin of Oyo, on Monday.
The presentation took place at the Oyo state Secretariat in Agodi , Ibadan , the state capital , despite a petition by the Kingmakers .
