The popular political activist and SavannahNewnow publisher, Olujimi Adekanle popularly known as JAF, has extended his congratulations to His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governor-elect of Ondo State, following his victory in the October 16, 2024 gubernatorial election, SAVANNAH NEWSNOW REPORTS.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Hon. Aiyedatiwa the winner of the election, securing 366,781 votes to defeat the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Agboola Ajayi, who garnered 117,845 votes.
Adekanle Commended Aiyedatiwa’s perseverance during the campaign and predicted that his leadership would foster growth, development, and prosperity in Ondo State.
Meanwhile, Adekanle attributed Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s win to his tireless efforts, dedication, and commitment to the people, expressing confidence that he would fulfil his campaign promises.
The publisher praised the APC for its unity and commitment to public service, acknowledging the party’s collective efforts in securing the win.
He encouraged ongoing collaboration to effectively implement the governor-elect’s policies and commended INEC for conducting a credible election.
Adekanle also expressed gratitude to the people of Ondo State for their peaceful conduct and appreciated the security agencies for maintaining order.
