Borno state commissioner of finance, Ahmed Ali Ahmed, has passed on.
His demise was revealed in a press statement issued and signed by the Commissioner of Information, Professor Usman Tar, on Monday afternoon.
In the statement: “Borno state Government wishes to announce the death of Ahmed Ali Ahmed, the State Commissioner of Finance.”
The statement from the Information Commissioner in Maiduguri indicates that the burial is slated for 5pm on Monday at the family house of the late commissioner in Damboa road behind Indimi’s residence.
