Flood on Saturday took over Akure, Ondo State capital, leaving many motorists and other road users stranded, Savannah News learnt.
Commuters have been held at a standstill along the popular Oyemekun, Adesida road in Akure, Ondo State capital.
The flood also took over the popular Erekesan market and some major places near the market.
Savannah News gathered that the flood made some commuters to abandon their vehicles.
Some Passengers were also seen carrying loads as they tried to find their way out of the terrible situation.
