Godwin Emefiele has been granted bail by a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Abuja.
Emefiele, a former Central Bank Governor was arrested few months ago after he was suspended by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He was suspended on ground of mismanagement.
Justice Olukayode Adeniyi, who presided over the case granted Emefiele bail and handed him over to his lawyers.
The judge instructed his lawyer to produce him (Emefiele) in court on November 15, when he is scheduled to be arraigned before another judge of the High Court of the FCT on a charge previously filed by the EFCC against him and one other person.
The lawyers are Magaji Ibrahim (SAN), Matthew Burkaa (SAN) and Johnson Usman (SAN).
