Fire reportedly engulfed the Canadian Embassy in Abuja.
A video posted on Monday, November 6 on X (Twitter) and viewed by Politics Nigeria appears to support this.
When writing this report, firefighters could be seen attempting to put out the fire, although the source of the incident has not yet been determined.
The embassy is located at diplomatic drive in the central business district (CBD) of the federal capital territory (FCT).
It is a walking distance from the federal ministry of defence, popularly known as Ship House, and the embassies of Ghana, UK, and the US.
There is no comment on the incident by the FCT fire service at the time of reporting.
