Controversial Nollywood actress, Tonto Dike, has formally defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Tonto Dike served as the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Rivers State governorship candidate Tonte Ibraye’s running mate in the 2023 election.
