We’ll to partner EU on specific economic developments – FCT Minister, Wike

The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) under the leadership of the Former Governor of Rivers State, Wike has shown interest in partnering with investors from the European countries in different economic areas.

Nyesom Wike, made the disclosure on Monday
when he received the European Union Ambassador to Nigeria, Samuela Isopi on a courtesy visit, Abuja.

The Minister, noted that there were opportunities for investment not only in FCT but across the country.

He said the interested investors need to show specific areas, so that government would be properly guided on how to support them.

Wike assured that his administration as FCT Minister would promote and support such business ideas.

The Minister also stressed the need for intending investors to respect Nigerian laws.

Also Speaking , the Ambassador, Samuela Isopi said that a team of investors from European countries would soon be in Abuja, to seek for opportunities to invest.

Isopi also revealed that many members of the European Union and Investors have been involved in several agricultural value chains development in the country.
