The Nigerian Army on Friday buried 22 of its personnel killed by terrorists in an ambush in Niger state.
The deceased were buried at the National Military Cemetery in Abuja.
Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, Service Chiefs and family members of the deceased were on ground to bid the fallen heroes farewell.
The deceased officers are: Late Maj Sa Oni, Late FLT Lt Anthony Duryumsu, Late FLT Lt Ibrahim Adamu, Late LT Gm Odusami, Late LT Us Alkali, Late AB Suleiman Mk (NN), Late CPL Jauro Amos (NAF), Late, LCPL Sunday Okopi, Late LCPL Ekpanyo Edetd, Late SGT Faruk Mohammed
